Local businesses and community partners can sponsor the South Carroll High School Athletic Booster Club without using the website. Choose check or Venmo, complete the CCPS advertising form, and send us your logo—we’ll handle the rest.
Step 1 — Download & Complete the CCPS Advertising Form

This form covers banner sizes managed under Carroll County Public Schools. Please complete all fields, including your contact info and ad selections.
Select from the form:
- Banners: 2′×3′ ($250), 3′×5′ ($500), 5′×8′ ($1,000)
*Please disregard the digital advertisement - that is now automatically included with your sponsorship, plus additional NEW perks!
Step 2 — Send Us the Form (Email or Mail)

Send the completed PDF (scan or e-signature acceptable) to treasurer@schsathleticboosters.org.

Tip: If mailing a check, you can still email the completed form so we can start your banner/digital ad setup.
Step 3 — Choose How You’d Like to Pay
Option A: Venmo
Send your sponsorship to @SCHSBoosterClub with a note that includes:
- Business name & contact email
- Sponsorship details (Elite ($1,000), All-Star ($500), or Champion ($250))
- “For: SCHS Athletic Booster Club Sponsorship”
Option B: Check
Make checks payable to: SCHS Athletic Booster Club
Memo: “Sponsorship – [Business Name]”
Include the check when you mail your form, or note “check in mail” if you emailed the form.
Step 4 — Email Your Logo & Artwork
Please email your logo to treasurer@schsathleticboosters.org
File guidelines (to speed things up):
- Format: PNG, SVG, or high-resolution JPG (PDF/EPS welcome if available)
- Size: At least 1500 px on the long edge (or vector)
- Background: Transparent preferred (for banners)
- Colors: Provide brand colors if specific
Compliance Note (Required by CCPS)
All advertisements must include the statement: “CCPS does not endorse the sponsor or message of this advertisement.” The CCPS form governs banner/digital ad usage and requires appropriate approvals.
